LICENSING RIGHTS FOR SALE
As indicated on phone calls and
emails, we are not leasing or building the Production Tamisium
Extractors.
Exclusive Rights to build, use and sale the production models will be
sold this year. You may contact the license holder in your area at
that time to discuss purchase, or lease contract.
We are still reviewing and accepting offers however, there are
tentative contracts currently under negotiation here in the USA,
AUSTRALIA, CHINA and CANADA. All inquiries and support will be handled
at this site or redirected to a trained professional.
I wanted to extend an apology to all of you that have sent in deposits
for Production Models. These deposits have been refunded or will be
refunded shortly.
The licensing agreement will not effect the support, production or
sale of the Table Top Tamisium Extractors.
Please read the articles in the
following publications regarding the performance of the Tamisium
Extraction Process using the Table Top Extractor. The article will be
published in the following publications after June 15th.
In addition to the publication of the above article, a FOR SALE AD
will be run concurrent in the same publications and in the following
months offering the Licensing Rights for sale.
PUBLICATION LIST WILL BE POSTED ON
JUNE 15TH

Large Production Tamisium Butane Oil Extractors
- A 2.5 kilo extractor
will extract and recover the solvent for reuse every 24 hours
which makes it the perfect size for commercial production.
- TEN 2.5 kilo extractors can be set up side by
side in a 2' x 20' space and easily operated by one employee.
The larger Tamisium Butane Oil Extractors are
Production models capable of extracting from over 5 pounds of plant
material and recovering up to 10 gallons of solvent every 24 hour
cycle. Capable of extracting multiple or targeted isolated polarities
using preset and fully automated pressure, time and temperature set
parameters.
The Extractors have patent pending designs and processes / internal
venting systems to eliminate external lines and therefore eliminate
the chance of those lines leaking. Pressure Differentials created by
Temperature Differentials move the liquid through the extractor from
and to any chamber with great force and speed if needed. You can
easily move solvent through the most tightly packed column of plant
material for greatest efficiency.
Sensor driven actuator valves controlled by
temperature sensor timers are now standard features on the new
systems.
These sensors will monitor temperature and time. This new patent
pending design/process will allow one to set up the extractor to
extract and recover the solvents with minimal or no supervision. After
a 30 minute set up in the morning, you can come back the next morning,
gather your extract and set it up to run again with new material. A
light will come on to indicate completion of the extraction and
solvent recovery process. Extraction time, pressure and temperatures
are fully automated in each isolated chamber of the extractor along
with fully automated cleaning and recovery of the solvent for reuse.
Safety shut offs are incorporated in the system
should anything fail. It has a safer reverse double reduncy safety
system which means if anything fails, the valves close and the power
shuts off to the heat and chilling sources. No more than 90F is
required to recover butane solvent. Although with a properly chilled
condenser tank, you can expedite recovery by increasing temperate to
110F. Low recovery temperatures are what make butane so ideal for
fragile delicate volatile oils / fragrances / aromatics. The method to
extract components not extracted with butane alone are included in the
process.

Column capacity
represents the volume of plant material you can extract
from with that particular size extractor.
The weights are a guide to help you find the desired
coarseness you need to have your plant material ground to
in order to occupy the given space for an efficient
extraction to occur.
Each column represents 1/4 the volume of the solvent
required to extract from the column when full.
In other words. The solvent tanks are 4 times larger than
the column that holds the organic material being
extracted.
( 1 gallon translates into 1 kilo of material capacity
with most dried botanicals when ground up to the proper
coarseness )

Please remember that most solvents are
flammable. When opening and closing any of the extractors, please safely purge the units and do so in a well ventilated, spark free environment. The smaller units can be taken outside. Know the properties of the solvents being used for any process of any extraction with any apparatus. Accessory Safety Purge lines are available for each extractor.
